How do we celebrate our love of food? With an INTERNATIONAL FOOD FESTIVAL , of course! If you’re looking to broaden your palate, check out this  Food and Drink Festival which will take place in St Anne’s Square on the 9th and 10th of April. It will be a culinary journey were you can  experience new tastes and flavours.. So get ready to discover the best local food and drink offerings the North West  has to offer and the best local restaurants to try out next

Recipe 1

The way I see it,  the weekend can be can be covered in two main recipes

  1. First fire up your taste buds, 
  2. Take local food and drink producers (see below),
  3. Add in real time demonstrations by chefs from some of your favourite local restaurants (schedule below),
  4. Sample said food, 
  5. Give yourself a break perhaps in Ashton Gardens or one of the fabulous new micro pubs/breweries
  6. Repeat as many times as you can
