Woodlands Suite – Max 216
With it’s own large private balcony with view of the Rugby Ground and private bar The Woodlands Suite is the largest room and can comfortably accommodate up to 216 seated guests. (with the use of the lounge for seating) 180 in the main room or 140 with a dance floor. . The bar also has its own private lounge which can also be used as an entrance and place for the buffet and pre drinks
Ideal for Weddings, Anniversary celebrations, Fundraising balls, Corporate Events, Award Ceremony

Bill Beaumont Bar
Again with panoramic views of the grounds. This room can seat up to 100 guests (80 if you are having a dance floor. Private bar and even private hatch if you wish! There is also an option to hire the Malcolm Phillips Lounge as a separate area for guests to relax away from the main room.
Perfect for smaller Wedding, 21st Birthday, Engagement, Prize Giving Ceremony, Baby Shower
International Room
Located on the first floor to the right of the building. This room is a good size to host for approx 60 guests (48 if having a dance floor) there is no bar in this room however all events will have waiting on service. You also have your own private balcony.
Perfect for Family Celebrations, Re unions, Conferences or Presentations
The Woodlands Lounge
This room is the small lounge adjacent to the Woodlands Suite but can be used as a private room for small dinners for up to 36 guests. This room can also be used for the bar area of the International room (depending on the availability of The Woodlands Suite) All rooms on the first floor are accessible by lift and ramp.

Arthur Bell Room
Situated on our ground floor. Light and airy room (Numbers)
Perfect for intimate lunches/dinners and also a great room for Corporate off site meetings
Woodlands Cafe Bar
Newly refurbished light and spacious in a modern Scandi style
Perfect for Coffee Mornings, Parent Meet Ups, Book (or any type of ) Club
Surroundings
For Wedding photographs we have some Iconic scenery to choose from with Fairhaven Lake, Lytham Windmill, the beach at St Annes On Sea, Lytham Hall and Witch Wood all within 10 minutes of the Woodlands, or of course for Rugby enthusiastic we have the goalposts! (Permissions needed in some cases)
Practical Stuff
With St Annes on Sea being less that 5 minutes away and Blackpool just 15 minutes there is a lots of accommodation for your guests at all ends of the price range. Great links to Preston also, making the Woodlands perfectly placed whether your guests/delegates are travelling in from the North, South or East. Lots of parking on non match days and Ansdell has it’s own train station 5 minutes walk away.
