Hand Made/Homemade in Lytham

It started as a ‘side-line’ in what was (originally) their fashion & accessories shop on Lytham High Street, but the candles seemed to take on a life of their own, the products were being noticed & sold in other places up and down the country, so they re branded as Millie & Mini and at the start of 2019 the whole shop was given over to the now expanding range of room sprays, reed diffusers, hand wash and lotion.

The candles are made from only the finest 100% soy wax, which means, unlike paraffin wax has no nasty irritants, as Michael himself is asthmatic, he wanted to make sure that they are fumes are safe to everyone. He also uses the purest fragrances taken from nature, and with new combinations being created on a regular basis, there will be one to delight everyone.

Top 3 current best sellers Spring 2022 are;-

Lime Basil & Mandarin A mouth-watering medley of Sicilian lime and zesty bergamot with a juicy heart busting with ripe mandarins, aquatic white florals, peppery basil and caraway seeds  (and ALL TIME favorite, all ages, for any room, and for a gift for anyone AND everyone)

Black Pomegranate (very close 2nd) Pomegranate and fresh roses perfectly compliment a heart of patchouli, cedarwood, violet leaf and spices, coming together with base of amber. 

Dark Honey and Tobacco  A dark and powerful blend of spices with a hint of tobacco leaf, softened with honey accords and finishing with a subtle touch of Tonka bean, Amber & Patchouli.

Most fragrances are available across the product range and Room Sprays or Diffusers are fantastic for where an open flame is not safe/appropriate. Spritz the room sprays (lightly) on your cushions for a nice waft, or on towels & sheets  before you put them away.

Add to that the widening range of Hand Wash and Hand Lotion you have a luxurious feel to your bathroom, en-suite or downstairs loo

Michael is like a mad scientist experimenting at the back of the shop with unusual fragrance profiles and those that ‘work’ are added to the range, he also like to create seasonal scents, follows new trends and creative ideas and loves to get input from customers.

A great recycling service is to take your own vessels/old jars along and have them filled.

The most recent additions have been a carefully curated range of home accessories, in black, white an grey, wax melt burners, vases, bowls and ceramics rabbits and eggs. Very classy and structural pieces, think Kelly Hoppen-esqe and you wont be far wrong
